Q- How long will my order take?

A- We hand make most of our items, please allow 5-10 business days for manufacturing. We will send you an email confirmation once your item has been shipped. If you need an item urgently, please contact us and we can try to help. For ready to ship items, please allow 3 business days for order to be shipped.  


Q - Do you have a collar small enough for my tiny dog?

A- Yes! We sure do! Most of our designs can be made into a tiny narrow collar for tiny dogs and puppies. To order, simply order the size (Extra small, Small, medium etc) that you would like and leave a note on checkout letting us know what breed of dog the collar is for! Then we can make it to be suitable and comfortable. 


Q - Do you have a collar Large enough for my giant dog?

A - Yes! We sure do, being owned by 2 Great Danes ourselves we know how hard it can be to find something that not only fits but fits perfectly! We make the collars to order,  if you order the XXL size, please leave a note at checkout with your dogs neck measurement and we will make it to fit! 


Q - Can you put my dogs or cats name and my phone number on their collar?

A- Yes, we can. We embroider names and numbers onto almost anything! Bandanas, leads and collars. To order, add the "Name and Phone number" listing to your shopping cart. 


Q - I am so confused with online shopping, is there a way to order over the phone or email?

A - No problem, send us an email to with your best contact phone number and we will give you a call to take your order and payment with credit card over the phone. Easy. 


Q - I am struggling with sizing. Can you help?

A- Yes! Send us an email to and we will help. Otherwise, contact us on FB or IG with a photo of your dog or cat and we can tell you the perfect size. 


Q - Do you offer FREE shipping of we spend over $100?

A- Yes! We do, we offer free standard shipping for orders > $100. If you want to upgrade to express shipping, please checkout with the express post method, pay for shipping, and we will refund you the postage difference. For international orders, we do offer free standard shipping (No insurance or tracking) if you want to upgrade to express or include insurance, please checkout with the method you prefer and we will refund the price difference.
